Zion Township Assessors Office

What do we do?

At the Zion Township Assessors Office, we appraise each property to determine its market value. Our method is established by the Illinois Department of Revenue and the property is then assessed at 33.33% of the value by statue. Our job is to place market values on each parcel in the Zion Township Jurisdiction.

What do I need to know right now?

Visit our Facebook page for Assessment information and periodic PTT- Property Tax Tips. Our office is open to any questions or concerns you may have.  We will do our best to respond as soon as possible or direct you to the area that can help if we are unable to.
