Many more times than you can tell her, I’m sure you have found Margarita to be a wonderful person to have in your office.  She is the first and often the second, third and lasting impression we have of Zion Township’s helping us.  She makes a big difference.

Thursday, Margarita made me feel so special as she went out of her way, over and over for nearly an hour, to get a replacement for my Reach Out cell phone.  She used every resource you have, going back several times to get more cell phones and chargers, and tried several different ways to make an inoperable cell phone workable.  And she did it all with a smile and some light comments to keep happy.

When a helpful client made a suggestion, Margarita used it immediately and then followed through on the many complicated exchanges on the computer to get my minutes transferred to another cell phone.  I even got tired of waiting but willingly hung in there because Margarita was putting so much effort into helping me.

I am impressed how she handled the incoming phone calls, clients at the desk, requests from other staff, and kept up her efforts to help me — and all these personal attentions she gave me were often going on at the same time.  She is an amazing lady.

Eunice, I am so grateful to you personally, and to your staff, who have been so helpful to me for the last four years.  Now more than ever I am grateful because of Margarita’s help on Thursday.  I am glad you have her at the reception desk.  You’ve got to love a person who is so pleasant, helpful and keeps a nice easy going manner serving all of us.

I know you value Margarita highly, and I hope she will be helping us for years and years to come.
