Meet Your Zion Township Clerk
Hello - I'm Judy Mackey, Zion Township Clerk.
I feel fortunate to serve in this office, having done
so since September 1990. I have been a long time
resident of Zion for over 30 years.
The Township Clerk is the official custodian of records,
books and papers of the Township. The Clerk is responsible for
maintaining records of the Township of Zion in accordance with
State statutes and local ordinances. The Clerk files all certificates,
oaths and other papers required by law.
Township Seal
The Clerk serves as custodian of the Township Seal;
maintaining permanent originals of all Township documents under
the Clerk's jurisdiction. The Clerk certifies authenticity
of documents and attests signature of the Township Supervisor
Zion Precincts
On August 9, 2005, the Lake County Board changed
precinct boundaries for Zion Township .
The county is looking at new polling places to better
serve the voters. We will make this information known
to the public, as soon as these polling places become available.
